Products & Selection

What pumps does FORWATER manufacture?
Jet pumps, self-priming booster pumps, multistage centrifugal pumps, permanent magnet (variable-frequency) pumps, submersible pumps, deep well pumps, vortex pumps and swimming pool pumps.

How do I choose the right model?
You need three numbers: the required head (m), the required flow (L/min or m³/h), and the suction conditions. Send them to us and we will recommend the model and confirm the duty point.

Can I get technical drawings and curves?
Yes — performance curves, dimension drawings and packing data are available for every model on request.

Which voltages are available?
Standard options include 110/115/127/220/230/240 V, 50 or 60 Hz, single or three phase, with plug and cable type matched to your market.

Ordering & Customization

Do you support OEM and ODM?
Yes. We handle private label (nameplate, logo, carton artwork, manual) and full ODM development. See OEM / ODM services.

What is the MOQ?
MOQ depends on the model and the customization level. Tell us the model and quantity you have in mind and we will confirm the exact minimum for your order. ★

Can I order samples?
Yes — sample orders are welcome so you can verify performance and quality before a container order. Sample pricing and freight are quoted case by case.

How long is production lead time?
Lead time is confirmed in your proforma invoice and depends on model, quantity and customization. Repeat orders are usually faster than first orders. ★

Payment & Shipping

What payment terms do you accept?
Common terms include T/T deposit with balance before shipment, and L/C at sight. Exact terms are stated in your proforma invoice.

How are the pumps shipped?
Sea freight (20'/40' container and LCL), air freight and express for samples. We can quote FOB, CIF or DDP depending on your preference.

How are the pumps packed?
Each unit is packed in a seaworthy export carton with foam protection, then palletised or loaded directly into the container according to the loading plan. Container loading quantities per model are published in our catalog.

Which documents do you provide?
Proforma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificates (CE, quality management system) as applicable to the order.

Warranty & After-Sales

What warranty do you offer?
FORWATER pumps are covered by a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period and scope for your order are stated in your order confirmation — contact us to confirm for a specific model. ★

What if a unit arrives damaged or faulty?
Report it within the warranty window with photos, video and the order/invoice number. Our engineers will diagnose the cause and arrange replacement parts or units as appropriate. See Shipping & Warranty.

Do you supply spare parts?
Yes — impellers, seals, capacitors, pressure switches and other service parts are available for the models we supply.
