How FORWATER pumps are packed, shipped and supported after delivery.

Export Packing

  • Each pump is protected with foam and packed in a seaworthy export carton
  • Cartons are labelled with model, quantity and shipping marks
  • Pumps can be palletised for LCL shipments or loaded loose into containers per the published loading plan
  • Packing size and container loading quantity are listed per model in our catalog

Shipping Methods

We can quote FOB, CIF, CFR or DDP depending on your preference and destination.

Lead Time & Documents

  • Production lead time is confirmed in your proforma invoice and depends on model, quantity and customization level ★
  • Documents provided: proforma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificates as applicable (CE, Quality Management System) ★
  • We keep you updated with production photos and a pre-shipment inspection report

Warranty

FORWATER pumps are covered by a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The applicable warranty period and scope are stated in your order confirmation and sales contract. ★

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not damage caused by incorrect installation, dry running, abrasive media, over-voltage or unauthorized modification
  • Consumable service items such as seals may be excluded from warranty cover ★
  • Keep your invoice and the pump nameplate data — both are needed to process a claim

Making a Claim

  1. Contact us with your order/invoice number, model and a description of the issue
  2. Send photos and a short video showing the pump, the installation and the fault
  3. Our engineers diagnose the cause — often a quick installation fix such as priming, suction air leaks or voltage supply
  4. If a defect is confirmed, we arrange replacement parts or units per the agreed warranty terms

Spare Parts

Impellers, mechanical seals, capacitors, pressure switches and other service parts are available for the models we supply, so your customers' pumps stay in service.
