These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any quotation, sample or order placed with Fujian Forwater Pump Technology Co., Ltd. ("FORWATER"). ★
1. Use of This Website
Content on this website — product descriptions, specifications, images and documents — is provided for general information. We aim to keep it accurate, but specifications may be updated without notice. Product performance data refers to controlled test conditions; actual performance depends on installation, pipework and operating conditions.
2. Quotations and Orders
- Prices, specifications and lead times are confirmed in a written quotation or proforma invoice
- An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing and the agreed deposit is received
- Minimum order quantities, customization fees and tooling charges, where applicable, are stated in the quotation
- Sample orders are quoted separately and may carry different unit prices
3. Prices and Payment
- Prices are quoted in the agreed currency and on the agreed Incoterm (FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP or as stated)
- Unless otherwise agreed, payment is by T/T deposit with the balance before shipment, or L/C at sight ★
- Bank charges outside our bank are normally the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise
4. Specifications and Customization
Where products are made to customer specification (voltage, plug, nameplate, packaging, artwork), the buyer is responsible for supplying correct and legally compliant artwork, branding and technical requirements, and for holding the rights to any trademarks supplied. Approved samples or artwork define the production standard.
5. Shipping, Title and Risk
- Delivery dates are estimates and are confirmed in the proforma invoice
- Risk in the goods passes according to the agreed Incoterm (for example, FOB: risk passes when goods are loaded on board)
- Shipment quantities may vary within the tolerance stated in the order confirmation
- The buyer is responsible for import clearance, duties, taxes and compliance with local regulations in the destination market
6. Inspection and Claims
- Goods should be inspected on arrival; visible damage or shortage should be notified promptly with photos and the carrier's report
- Quality claims should be raised within the period stated in the order confirmation, with order number, photos, video and installation details
- Our engineers will assess the cause; where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will supply replacement parts or units in accordance with the agreed warranty terms
7. Warranty
Products carry a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship; the applicable period and scope are stated in the order confirmation. The warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, dry running, abrasive or corrosive media, over-voltage, lightning, unauthorized repair or normal wear parts. See Shipping & Warranty.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, product designs, logos and documents — belongs to FORWATER or its licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission. Customer-supplied trademarks remain the property of their owners and are used only to fulfil the order.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied under that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, downtime or third-party claims arising from installation or use of the products.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government action, transport disruption, port congestion or raw-material shortages.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China ★, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
