FORWATER Pump Technology

Sixteen-plus years of pump manufacturing has taught us where cheap pumps fail: rusty bodies, hot motors, cheap windings and impellers that lose their curves. FORWATER engineers against each of those failure points — and we own the production lines that make it possible.

Key Technologies

Technology What it does Why it matters to you
Electrophoretic coating In-house coating line brought into operation in 2021 Anti-rust, waterproof pump bodies that survive damp plant rooms and outdoor duty
Automated rotor production Automated rotor line commissioned in 2023 Tighter tolerances and far better motor consistency unit to unit
Permanent magnet pump technology Dedicated permanent magnet pump line, 2024 Lower starting current and better efficiency — useful for off-grid, inverter and solar-adjacent installations
Digital production management Digital production management center, 2024 Traceable production records; faster diagnosis if an issue ever appears in the field
Brass impellers Used across jet and booster ranges Stable hydraulics and long life instead of plastic or thin stamped impellers
Bar-shaped heat dissipation Aluminium alloy housings on the SCM range Around 20% better cooling — the motor stays cooler through long summer duty

Motor & Winding

  • Pure copper wire winding for high efficiency and low heat generation
  • IPX4 protection on domestic and booster ranges
  • Voltage flexibility: 110/115/127/220/230/240 V, 50 or 60 Hz, single or three phase
  • Ambient rating up to 40 °C; media ratings from 60 °C up to 90 °C+ depending on series

Hydraulics

  • Self-priming designs with suction lift up to 9 m — simple installation above the water source
  • Published performance curves for every model, so you can size to a real duty point
  • pH range 6.5–8.5 for clean water and other low-viscosity, non-aggressive liquids
  • Multi-protection design for safe day-to-day operation

Quality Control

  1. Incoming inspection of castings, windings, impellers and seals
  2. In-line checks at winding, assembly and sealing stages
  3. Performance testing of head, flow and current before packing
  4. Export packing verification against the container loading plan

Certifications

  • National High-Tech Enterprise
  • Quality Management System Certification (IAF / CNAS)
  • CE compliance certificates
  • Fujian Province Technology Tiny Giant Enterprise; Smart Manufacturing Rating L3
