Why Choose the PYS-450E

It is the entry point to the PYS permanent magnet range: enough head (41 m) for a typical villa, with the same constant-pressure behaviour and quiet running as the larger 550E. Because the controller varies speed rather than switching on and off, it removes the pressure flicker that owners notice most when a second tap opens.

FAQ

PYS-450E or PYS-550E — which one?

Compare the head you need. Up to about 40 m of total lift (vertical rise plus pipe losses), the 450E is sufficient; above that, choose the PYS-550E at 50 m. Both share the same 8 m suction head and installation practice.

Will it work with a rooftop tank?

Yes — it is designed for tank-fed systems and draws from up to 8 m suction head. For the best pressure, place the pump close to the tank outlet.

Is a pressure tank needed?

Electronic variable frequency control regulates pressure without a large vessel. Small expansion vessels can still help in systems with many micro-draws; ask us about your layout.
